TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency is supporting a highly successful mid-tier firm of chartered accountants based in Kent in their search for an Audit Director to join their team.

This is an incredible opportunity to join one of Kent's largest accountancy firms in a position that is offering a London remuneration package, but with the work life balance and exposure of a regional practice.

A large proportion of the position will be built around the candidate’s experience and aspirations. Clients range from owner managed businesses through listed businesses.

The successful Audit Director will form part of the office’s leadership team and be responsible for their own client portfolio and team of staff, working alongside the other partners to help grow the firms audit fee income. You will likely come from a large independent accountancy practice, or a top tier practice background.

Requirements

  • ACA or ACCA qualified.
  • RI status, or about to obtain, is desirable.
  • Supervisory experience with a motivational and constructive approach.
  • A positive, can-do attitude when working under pressure.
  • Committed to delivering the highest quality service.
  • A team player who is eager to support the wider team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally.
